Starting in West Elizabeth today folks..
We’re starting in Blackwater for today’s challenges. We can get Venison and Pheasants from the Great Plains then head to Stillwater Creek for some fishing. Let’s Get into it…
Lead your Horse
Start in Blackwater and lead your horse out of town towards the Great Plains. You should have the challenge completed by the time you reach the outskirts of town.
Venison and Pheasants
You can get venison meat from pronghorns or whitetail deer. Both can be found in the Great Plains. Shoot and skin the animal to get the meat. There are Pheasants in this area too so whilst your hunting, keep an eye out for them. They can be in the grass or flying above. They are fairly common in daylight hours. Get what you need then head to the campfire next to one of the houses just south of Blackwater to season and cook the venison.
Redfin Pickerel
Head down to Stillwater Creek. This is a good spot for catching Redfins. Use a bread, a lake lure or the special spinner to catch them.
Finishing off
There is quite a bit of PvP today but luckily they are all fairly simple and you should be able to get them done in one or two matches. That will do it for today…

3 COOKED SEASONED VENISON – Deer give Venison when skinned. Pronghorns and White Tails are fairly common all over the map. Just find em, shoot em, skin em and head over to a fire to season them up and cook. If your struggling to find them, try in The Heartlands and or New Austin
DISTANCE TRAVELED LEADING OWN HORSE – Walk up to your horse, focus on it and press the lead button. Walk the distance required leading your horse by the reins.
1 FINISH A SHOWDOWN IN ANY SHOWDOWN SERIES – Load into a Showdown match from either the main or quick join menu. Play the match through to the end. You may have to go lobby to lobby to get this to register. Shootout or Takeover series work best.
FINISH SHOWDOWN IN TAKEOVER SERIES – Load up a Showdown from the Takeover list of matches and complete a full match. You’ll need to go lobby to lobby to get this one to register.
2 PHEASANTS SKINNED – Pheasants can be found in the Great Planes, The Heartlands and Gaptooth Ridge as well as other places. They are a ground bird that can be hard to spot unless you stumble on them and spook them. Under the ‘W’ in Blackwater is a good spot to check
10 PLAYER KILLS IN SHOWDOWNS – Join a showdown series and kill 10 players during matches. Kills with any weapon will count as long as you were in the lobby before the match started. Takedown and Shootout series tend to register the kills most reliably
5 REDFIN PICKEREL CAUGHT – Redfin pickerel can be caught in most waters in the southern half of the map. Special lake lure, special spinner or bread all work for bait.
