Starting in Lemoyne today folks..
Saint Denis is the place to start today. Help someone out, drink some coffee then go hunting.. Let’s Get into it…
Help Someone in Need
Saint Denis is the best place to get this challenge done. THere are plenty of beggars and other people in need. Just ride round the city and keep an eye out for the white dots on the mini map and an ear out for people calling for help. I usually find a beggar quite quickly.
Coffee Drunk
Use one of the campfires in the city to brew and drink some coffee. Alternatively, you can get free coffee at your moonshine shack or the saloon in Valentine.
Burdock Root
Follow the train tracks north out of the city. Just as they cross the water and fork there are two patches of Burdock Root. One in between the tracks and another between the right hand track and the river. Pick those and that should get you all five plants. If not, there is more over at Copperhead Landing.
Hunting
Lemoyne is full of wild boar. Head out of the city and check around Bluewater Marsh. We’re up at Copperhead landing for the burdock root and there is usually boar here too. Next head over to Lagras. There is sometimes a goat near the fast travel post. If there isn’t then head over to Emerald Ranch and there are a couple in the chicken pen next to the barn.
Finishing off
Take a quick photo of your horse then head into a Showdown to get the kills from the hip. That will do it for today…

2 ALPINE GOATS KILLED – Alpine goats are domestic animals so look at Ranches or Farms Rathskeller Fort in New Austin is also a good location.
2 BOARS SKINNED – Wild Boar are most common in Lemoyne. Try Scarlett Meadows or Bluewater Marsh. Find some, kill them and skin them
5 BURDOCK ROOTS PICKED – Burdock roots can be found by the banks of most northern rivers and lakes. The banks of the Dakota on the stretch just south of Valentine is a good spot to pick up all 5 for the challenge
3 CUPS OF COFFEE DRUNK – Coffee can be looted or bought from the store. Head to a fire to brew it and then drink! If you’re anything like me, you need 3 cups in the morning just to get going
1 HELPED SOMEONE IN NEED – These are the dynamic events that happen in free roam such as Rescues, Kiddnappings and escorts. Saint Denis and the surrounding area are good spots to try and find one. This is a tough one though. Total RNG.
1 PHOTOGRAPH YOUR HORSE – Get your camera (the original works fine) out and take a snap of your equine companion. You may have to be a few steps back and have the horse centre frame to get it to register.
PLAYER KILLS FROM THE HIP IN SHOWDOWNS – Kill a player with a firearm without aiming down the sights. Paint it black and a shotgun make this an easy challenge if you can overcome that muscle memory!
