Starting in Ambarino today folks..
We’re starting in Wapiti today. With a fair bit of travelling. We can get the ginseng, go get Oxen then speak with Joe. Let’s Get into it…
Alaskan Ginseng
Start in Wapiti. Ride south west and then head north up to Chez Porter. There is a patch of several Alaskan Ginseng near the water tower. Pick all five from here.
Oxen
Head across the Dakota into New Hanover. Keep an eye out for Muskrats whilst you are near the river. Head to the farm, Carmody Dell just north of the tunnel near the Heartland Oil Fields. In the paddock behind the barn is an Ox. It’s mixed in with the cows and bulls so you might have to pick it out. There is another Ox near the farm just below the Heartland overflow. There is also one at Emerald Ranch should you need it. Get two from these locations and skin them.
Joe and Blood Money Crimes
Go east of Emerald ranch and speak with Joe. Accept and complete a Blood Money crime and this will complete both the Joe mission and the blood money crime in one mission.
Finishing off
There is a Fence at Emerald Ranch where you can sell items too. Chew on your Tobacco and head to Heartland Overflow to get the Muskrats skinned and killed if you didn’t manage to get them from the Dakota river earlier. That will do it for today…

5 ALASKAN GINSENG PICKED – Alaskan Ginseng can be found in Ambarino and Northern West Elizabeth. They grow in forests and are usually on their own. There is a farm near Window Rock that has loads of plants. Just check near the tower.

5 ITEMS SOLD TO GUS – Go to Gus at one of his camps across the map and sell him any items. Pelts, feathers and other animal parts all count towards this. Harriet is gonna be mad at you!
1 JOE MISSIONS COMPLETED – Joe is one of the strangers. He can be found to the east of Emerald Ranch. Speak with him, accept and complete a mission.
2 OXEN SKINNED – You can find one Oxen at Guthrie farm, the little hamlet just below Heartland Overflow. Switch sessions to get both, or try the hamlet above Heartland Oil Fields
5 TOBACCO SMOKED OR CHEWED – Simply smoke 5 cigarettes or cigars or chew chewing tobacco. All the items can be easily looted or bought from the shop.
