Starting in New Hanover today folks..
We’ll start in Blackwater for the challenges today. We can get the Golden currents just outside town, then head towards Mount Hagen, collecting Ginseng and Hunting Coyotes on the way. Let’s Get into it…
Golden Currents
Start in Blackwater. Open your map and look at the word Blackwater on the map. There are Golden Currents under the ‘L’, between the ‘C’ and the ‘K’ and also directly on the ‘T’ of the word Blackwater. You should get five from those three spots.
American Ginseng
Head up towards Strawberry. When you get to Fort Riggs come off the path. The area between the fort, the river and the stables has about 8 plants in it. They grow on their own, usually in the shade of trees and boulders so use Eagle Eye to pick them out then collect them.
Coyotes Skinned and Mount Hagen
Set a waypoint for the peak of Mount Hagen. On the way up to the mountain. Keep an eye out for Coyotes. Shoot and skin them as you see them and then continue on to the top of the mountain.
Finishing off
Use your horse menu to swap outfits. Join a posse Hunt the Leader. Then grab your pistols and join a free roam event to get the pistol kills. That will do it for today…

5 AMERICAN GINSENG PICKED – American Ginseng grows in the central parts of the map. It grows as a sole plant usually at the base of trees or rocks. South of Valentine and Scarlet Meadows are great places to find these plants.
CLOTHING STYLE UPDATED – Head to a wardrobe and change your clothes. Wardrobes can be found in Tailors and the back of general stores. If you have an outfit stored on your horse, then just swapping outfits is the easiest way to get this one.
4 COYOTES SKINNED – Coyotes can be found anywhere except the snowy mountains of Amborino. They are more common at night. Find a pack, kil lem and skin em.
5 GOLDEN CURRENTS PICKED – The best place to find Golden Currents is Manito Glade up North of Annesburg. Between the Hermit’s shack and the railroad there are plants there.
1 HUNT THE LEADER COMPLETED – Hunt the leader is a Posse Vs. Start or join a Posse with more than one member and have the leader start the match.
3 PLAYER KILLS WITH A PISTOL IN FREE ROAM EVENTS – Free Roam Events are every 45mins and you need to be in a free roam lobby when one is due to start to be invited. Equip your favorite pistol, join a PvP focussed event and get the kills. Remember, revolvers don’t count as pistols
VISITED THE PEAK OF MOUNT HAGEN – Climb to the top of Mount Hagen in Grizzlies West, Ambarino.
