Starting in New Hanover today folks..
We’re starting at Emerald Station for today’s daily challenges. We’ll get the goats from Emerald Ranch, Prairie Chickens from The Heartlands and the Milkweed from Heartland Overflow. Let’s Get into it…
Alpine Goats
Start at Emerald Station and ride to Emerald ranch. There is a Goat in the chicken pen next to the barn. Kill and skin that then head west to Joe’s cabin. There is sometimes a goat behind the cabin. If it’s there, get the skin. If not, do the rest of the challenges and head back to Emerald Ranch for another goat..
Milkweed and Prairie Chickens
Milkweed can be found around the water’s edge at Heartland Overflow. There is loads of the stuff. Pick five plants to complete the challenge. AS for Prairie Chickens they can be found to the east of Emerald Ranch, on the road between the ranch and Twin Stack Pass and near CaliBan’s seat, particularly between the ‘N’ and the ‘E’ of New Hanover on the map..
Finishing off
Join a Posse and have the leader start Infighting. Put a mask on from your horse menu. Join a Free Roam event and try to get in the top three and get the melee kills. That will do it for today…

2 ALPINE GOATS KILLED – Alpine goats are domestic animals so look at Ranches or Farms Rathskeller Fort in New Austin is also a good location.
1 MASKS WORN – You will need to have purchased a mask from Madam Nazar when they were available. Once you have one equip it by visiting a wardrobe or by using the item wheel on your horse. Some people have reported success with a Bandana, so try that.
5 MILKWEED PICKED – Milkweed is common near water in Lemoyne. The river banks of Bayou NWA are good spots to check. Southfield Flats just north of Rhodes also has two spots where you can get all that you need.
PLACE TOP 3 WITH A SCORE IN FREE ROAM EVENTS – Free roam events occur every 45mins. make sure you’re in a free roam lobby when one is due to start to be invited. Join an event, play the objective to score points and try to finish in the top 3. Bit of a time gate on this challenge.
3 PLAYER ENEMIES KILLED WITH MELEE IN FREE ROAM EVENTS – Free roam events happen every 45mins. Make sure you are in a free roam lobby to be invited. Join the event and kill 3 players with melee attacks.
POSSE INFIGHTING COMPLETED – Join a posse and have the posse leader start posse infighting via the Posse Versus Menu
3 PRAIRIE CHICKENS SKINNED – Prairie Chickens can be found in the Great Plains and The Heartlands, usually flying over head. Shoot 3 of them and skin them.
