Starting in New Austin today folks..
We’ll start in Tumbleweed for the challenges today. We can pick the Blackcurrants and get the rabbits before going fishing. Let’s get into it…
Blackcurrants
Start in Tumbleweed and ride down to the ‘E’ of New Austin on the map. Just above the ‘E’ is plenty of Blackcurrant bushes to pick from. There are three directly above the letter and two or three to the east of it. You should get all five from here.
Rabbits and Bass
Rabbits are everywhere. You can hunt in the deserts for them or just ride down towards Plainview where we will be fishing for Largemouth Bass and just hunt them on the way. The stretch of river running west from Plainview is a good spot for Largemouth bass. Use crickets as bait and you should get all three with relative ease.
Finishing off
Head to your camp and change the theme, then go on call and complete a story mission. Run around whilst completing the mission and to rack up the distance ran. Grab your shotgun and join a Free Roam Event to get the kills. That will do it for today…

3 BLACK-TAILED RABBITS SKINNED – Keep your eyes open for black-tail rabbits. They can be found most places around the map. Kill 3, skin them. Easy gold!
5 BLACKCURRANTS PICKED – Blackcurrants can be picked from tall thin bushes in the deserts between Tumbleweed and Benedict Point. If you’re struggling then try just to the east of the ‘E’ in ‘New Austin’ on the map
1 CAMP THEMES UPDATED – Head to camp and talk to Cripps at the Wilderness Outfitters. Change your camp theme. If you have already updated it, you can switch between purchased themes and it will count.
DISTANCE RAN – Simply run, on foot for the distance required. Nice easy gold!
GO ON-CALL AND COMPLETE A STORY MISSION – Join and complete a story mission by using the Quick Join menu (left on the D-pad and scroll down). Select ‘Story Mission On-Call’ to start Matchmaking.
3 LARGEMOUTH BASS CAUGHT – Largemouth Bass can be found in the southern rivers and lakes. Crayfish is the best bait but they will take the special spinner. My go to spot is where the river meets Flat Iron lake near Bard’s Crossing
3 PLAYER KILLS WITH A SHOTGUN IN FREE ROAM EVENTS – Free Roam Events happen every 45 mins. Make sure you’re in the free roam lobby when one is due to start to be invited. Once in, kill 3 players with a shotgun.
